Bio: I'm a Web Publisher for Miami-Dade County's Government Information Center, a position which entails serving as a part of a group of communications strategists charged with finding new and better ways of providing seamless customer service and improving communication with our residents. I'm hanging out in the garage in order to get feedback on our submission to the News Challenge and to tap into some great ideas from other folks in the garage that Miami-Dade County might be able to employ through our communications channels.
