Bio: Hello. I am the founder of www.toledo.com, a geo-domain portal for the city of Toledo Ohio. I am deeply interested in online community development and creating software solutions that allow what I call "ground up" reporting. This is when people from the community become voices for news and events rather then "top down" reporting from big news corporations. I personally like to hear what is happening in a community from the people of that community.
